AI-readable content is mostly just well-organized writing. A reader, or a model pulling text out of a page, should be able to tell what the page is about, find the answer near the top, and trust that each section stands on its own.
What helps: a descriptive H1 and sensible subheadings, a direct answer or definition before the detail, short paragraphs, specific numbers with their source and date, lists or tables where they fit, and real author and update information. Avoid burying key facts in images (and write image alt text for the images you do use), tabs that hide text, or content that only appears after scripts run.
It does not require writing in a robotic style. Content that is clear for a human is usually clear for a machine. Markup such as structured data can add detail, but it never replaces text that says the thing plainly.
